Ok so to start I am not hosting a writing competition I am entering one for my school and I quite excited about it, its a national compete for short writing story it has to be 900-1000 which is a lot and I am pretty nervous for it I have a rough idea of what I'm doing but shhhh I can't tell you sorry!!!!!!!!!!
I don't have much else to say about that.....
I have finished Plague the fourth book in the series and have started Fear which is great
Plague was great and as all the others I loved it. In this book so much happens people return people leave so much and if I'm not careful I'll give it away so I better shut up!! Just like all the other books I recommen this but if you are squeamish and don't like dystopian novels then you won't enjoy this.
As its been a couple of weeks some new music................................
1) I am in love with this song I think its beautiful and delicate with a hint of strong lyric and thought that must have been put into this song I just love it, its serious and then playful and fun within a few minutes and I just love it and I think its Amazing which is a lot coming from me!
2) I've loved James Blunt for ages but he disappeared for a long time and came back with this, so I've forgiven him this song is cool and simple but the music is strong and sure and I like that so yeah not much to say here.
3) Royals yep thats bout it!
4) and you all know my love for Avicii so I automatically love it but this one is cool to its got a country feel to it if you can understand that and I think the way Avicii has mixed it is awesome as always.
So thats about it see next week oh and also my blogversery so I will do something cool for that.
Okay so today something that I have just discovered and am really really really irritated about... from the title you will guess it is to do with Spotify, well you are wrong.
Just kidding it is about Spotify, I have had the free one for ages and now suddenly I am only allowed 10 hours a month, are they crazy I mean really I listen almost everyday and so this is nowhere near enough!!!
So I have run out this month and I am so annoyed, I just wanna ugrrrrggggrggrgrgrgrgrgrgrgghhhhhhhhh its just I am sooo into my music and sometimes You Tube isn't enough (as much as I love it) I am hoping to upgrade soon but its just soo annoying and I just bllaaahhhh.
Okay I have let out some anger I have to say spotify is amazing and I love love love love it so much it like free music and covers, no one listens to the covers at least I don't! You can create playlists and share them ( I have no clue how) you can also use a song that you love and find lots of related songs. The discover chanel always shows you the newest coolest songs and you can see charts and find your favourite songs with out realising. On a whole I adore spotify but am just annoyed with it at the moment!
So I have finished reading Lies the third book in the GONE series and so far its great!
Okay so Lies has lived up to its expectations life in the book is getting harder by the day, new characters are introduced in this book which is always exciting, I love the way this book is written because its almost as if it it in first person, yet its not so you can jump from character to character easily. I am desperate to get the next one. They take about a week to read and in a way I want to slow down because I want them to last!!!!!
I also have a few songs to show you that I missed out last time
1) I really really really really love this song don't ask me why its just some songs get to me like that and this is one of them I really like One Republic and I actually heard a cover on You Tube and loved so I thought I would check out the original and I loved it so there you go....!!!!
2) This song is just... there is no way to describe this song its just beautiful and sad, the way it makes you feel and what it does to you is just crazy, the video I mean its just incredible and thats all I can say about this song,
Hey my dear dear dear fellow bloggers (who I have missed terribly)
So now I have no excuses for not blogging I am just lazy! Ok are you happy I AM LAZY!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't be bothered to post and I feel.... embarrassed but once again I am gonna try and this time I'm not promising anything but I am gonna try once a week on Sundays when I can't be bothered to do my homework! (yes I know its Saturday I'm not doing homework was just bored)
So explanations over a little catch up on my life... Firstly I am in Y8 and no longer the little kids of school ( wooooooooohhhhhooooooooo) also I am doing so much more sports ( I <3 it) I do Basketball, Hockey, Workout, Swimming and today I think I'm going on my first ever run and people that know me well know that I don't run!!! What else oh yes somehow I am on year council don't ask me how because I don't know I think my mentor chose (oh yes) I got moved down to middle set in English this year *...sob...* but I am in top for MFL ( Modern Foreign Languages) which I am rather proud about and PE and Science so yes I think thats great! Also I have discovered that I want to be a Photographer isn't that cool! Oh also I despise my music teacher, which is really annoying because I like actual music and I'm sure music lessons wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't for her. On the topic of music my taste has changed dramatically under the influence of a few people ( you know who you are if you even read this) so here are my new faves.....
Okay I will say a bit about each so number 1) My brother actually introduced me to Alt J and the are absolutely awesome its not his favourite though he likes some of the other ones but this is my favourite I like the almost Indian style of the music don't ask me why I just do
2) So this is Alt J too I also love this one the way that it reminds me of a game I used to play and also its kind of like a perfect holiday kind of tune if you get that and it just makes me feel so happy if I'm down this is the song I will play!!!
3) Ah now this one is just incredible I was introduced to this by a good friend of mine Bastille are actually English and I love the way that they sing and everyone, if not by name, know they're song Pompeii but its like oh this song is great but I won't bother with the rest of the Album. WELL BOTHER WITH IT.
4) The next one is also Bastille and another example of why you have to listen to the whole album I just adore this song it talks about loss but the beat is so cool so upbeat when you get to the chorus and you can't help but drum along to it. Some of the other ones I like from this album are Bad Blood and the Weight of Living Part One.
5) This one I hope everyone knows, although I have kind of gone off most mainstream music you can't go off Avicii. I mean its Avicci for gods sake and this song is just to amazing for words. To be fair I think I may be a little biased as he is Swedish but still. I think he came around at the perfect time with Swedish house Mafia breaking up *tear* gives him the perfect opportunity to come in to the industry. I love him and thats all there is to it.
6) Now Gorillaz are sick I mean really they are like the coolest thing in the world they are animated monkey band how much crazier or awesome could it be? This is an old album and this is my favourite song on it I'm not sure why I got back into them but I did and well they kind of rule! I also love the Arctic Monkeys but I didn't want to put it on because my favourite song has a lot of swearing in it so I didn't it was appropriate to put on but if your interested its Dancing Shoes!
7) Now the last one you will probably never have heard of but it doesn't make them any less amazing now how I got into these guys is the ginger guitarist is my guitar teacher and he is the coolest person ever this is his band and I love there music and urge you to get into it, this isn't actually my favourite song by them my favourite is Graduation Day so search for Flight Brigade Graduation Day, its sooo cool. I do love this one though and Mr Pink is the one of the coolest people I have ever met not even lying!
Okay so there's my new favourite stuff and that I have also started reading two great series they are

This series is AMAZING I can't wait to read the rest of the series the problem is everyone wants to read so its hard to get your hands on. This series is so gripping that I could barely put it down and although the story idea should be super mind boggeling you can get your head round it if you try I highly recommend this.

I haven't finished the Ask and the Answer yet but I hope to soon because the whole of Todds story is crazy dramatic and hard the things he experiences you feel there with him all the time you cry with him you hurt with him and I just have no words to describe this book except you either love it or you hate it in my opinion from what I have heard from people. I would recommend it definitely.
Now finally to finish I have started writing a new story and if any of the grammar or spelling is wrong I'm sorry its like the "first draft" so here it is and it doesn't have a name yet...
“Emma?” Says my English teacher Mrs Anderson. Her voice
brings me back to the room from where ever my mind had wandered. I look around
and realise that everyone’s staring at me. “I asked you what was Shakespeare’s
last play” Mrs Anderson asks looking pleased that she’d caught me out, this is
what I hate about teachers, they take pleasure in our misery and
embarrassment!!!!!!!! “Uh……Ummmm Ummm” I mutter. Molly, my best friend in the
whole world, is trying to mouth me the answer but I can’t make it out. Think
Emma think! Molly is still trying to tell me the answer but what’s she saying,
the Temper, The Tender, The Tempest? Wait yes that’s it the Tempest, oh phew.
Note to self- thank Molly so majorly. “The answer, is the Tempest” I say kinda
smugly.” Um yes that’s right Emma but you should still pay more attention” she
says glancing over at Molly who turns around to face the front avoiding her
eyes. I used to think that people who would say saved by the bell were just
seeking attention or weirdoes but I totally understand now.
We all leave the class and I look for Molly and then I see
her brown ponytail bobbing away and I try to shout over the crowd
“Molly!!!!!!!!” she turns and looks for my face “ Oh Emma hey” She says in a
hurry “ Thank you sooo much for back there” I say remembering my thought.
“Don’t worry about it you would have done the same for me I really have to go
now” She says looking around worriedly and before I knew it I see her floral
dress rushing down the corridor, I didn’t think much of it, I was heading for
the changing room I was going for a run then come back for dinner do my
homework and hit the hay a normal evening at OakBerry Boarding school. I have
been here a year but me and Molly go back way further though we met as baby’s
through our parents. We are complete opposites, I like sport and I am a bit of
a tom-boy whereas Molly is a total girly girl and is in to fashion it doesn’t
matter though we get along so well. When we found out we were going to the same
school we were so happy. By some miracle we share a room too, its crazy hard to
get into Oakberry and I am not a straight A student. Molly is. I always found
that odd, I am doing well in school since I started Oakberry mainly because of
Molly. Although lately I haven't been seeing her as often as when we started. I
guess she is just getting busy.
I tie up my lace and head towards the door of my dorm room
and run out of school. I'm taking the same route as always there isn't really
anywhere else to run really although campus is enormous I like to stay close to
the dorms, epically in winter because it gets dark and the school has a weird
feel to it, I can’t explain it very well but almost like I’m not supposed to be
there. It is probably my imagination or the fact that I am kind of dum compared
to my class mates.
I am passing the gym when I hear a gunshot! My instincts
tell me to drop to the ground. I crawl over to the nearest tree and look to the
area where it came from. Baring in mind my heart is beating about 20 times
faster than it should be, it’s so loud I’m sure that whoever fired the gun can
hear it! I see two dark figures sneak into the school. The gunshot was a
distraction! I have to tell someone, but who. Who will believe me? Molly will I
have to find her she’ll know what to do.
Five minutes later I’ve run back to the dorm building and
checked our room, she’s not there. So I check the food hall, she’s not there. Then
I think of the few other places she could be. Library, Dance Studio, Music
room, dorm living area or one of our friend’s dorms. I check all of them and
then our dorm room again and she is nowhere to be found. The next person I guess
that could tell about the gunshot, which I temporarily forgot about, is the
head, Miss Greenworth. I literally run to her office hoping she’ll still be
there because I don’t have the courage to go all the way to her flat on the
other side of campus. When I get to her office I knock carefully and wait, a
second later she calls out “Come in” I enter cautiously.
“Oh hello Emma, how can I help you” she asks sweetly
“I heard a gunshot and I can’t find Molly anywhere” I
whisper almost in tears.
Her face turns ashen and she looks into my eyes.
“If what you are saying is true than Molly is in grave grave
danger” she says in a hoarse whisper.
She picks up her phone and dials very carefully although she
doesn’t dial 999 which is what I expect. She talks too quietly for me to hear
but my mind is going fuzzy and I feel sick to my stomach and I’m sure I'm going
to faint. Miss realises just too late the last thing I hear is her say is “Mr Minister, they’re back” and then I pass out.
I know it isn't perfect and if you like it would you mind commenting to carry on because it would mean a lot. Sorry for this crazy long rambley post and I will try to post next Saturday or Sunday, I have really missed posting and I am gonna do some special posts for my blogaversary so I'll see you lovelies soon
First let me explain, basically I am just finishing Year 7 and a whole lot happened this year and Blogging became a chore and this isn't good. I kept saying I would do a post every day but it was becoming challenging to think of interesting posts and they were meaningless so from now on I think it will be once a week unless I want to post more than that.
Next I would like to thank Mirian for sending the Search and Rescue they found me and they inspired me to start blogging again so THANK YOU MIRIAN!!!!!
I last posted on April 15th so much has happened since then I joined and quit the school show, I went on my residential trip to Devon Knapp House (I will do a post allllllll about it), I had end of year exams, I joined InstaGram (follow me @Sannalily) I have read a zillion more books (post on my favorites) Had and all school trip to Southwark Cathedral its beautiful but I am not religious so I could have lived with out it, we spent a day at the cinema we watched Despicable Me 2 and Jack the Giant Slayer and llllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaadddddddddddddddddddssssssssssssssssssss more!
Today I am going to my schools summer fair which will be coooollll ( I hope) then I am going to Ella's street fair to and also there will be Willow who I haven't seen in ages ( Willow not Ella I see Ella at school everyday)
Okay just a few more things then I'll let you get on with your beautiful day (in the UK today it is going to be 31-32 degrees if any of you are from like Africa, Australia, US then this may not be hot for you but us lot from the UK it really is!!)

So extremely sadly I am off to Sweden tomorrow I have to get up at 4:30 uggghghhhhghhhhg I am going to die I am not a morning person ( as some people may know )
Also I have just found out that when I get to Sweden the King and Queen ( of Sweden ) will be in the small town where my Grandparents live. I am really excited as I may get to see them.
